Delivery policy
Last updated 7 September 2026 · Mangala
Nothing here is shipped. Everything is delivered online, to the account you paid from.
Nothing is posted to you
Mangala sells digital products only. There is no printing, no courier and no delivery address — so there are no shipping charges, and nothing can be lost in transit.
Your invitation
Delivered immediately on successful payment. Your invitation goes live at its own link straight away, and that link is shown to you on screen and emailed to you. If payment succeeds but the page does not go live within 15 minutes, write to us — that is a fault, not a delay.
Your video
Videos are rendered after purchase and are normally ready within 30 minutes. Longer invitations, or a queue during wedding season, can take up to 24 hours. You get an email with a download link as soon as it is ready; the link stays valid for 12 months.
How long your invitation stays up
12 months from the day you publish, which covers the wedding and the year of people looking back at it. We email you before it expires, and you can extend it or download your content at that point.
If something does not arrive
Email TODO_SUPPORT_EMAIL with your payment reference. We reply within 48 hours, monday to saturday, 10am to 7pm ist.
