Refund & cancellation policy

You build the whole invitation before you pay anything, so you already know exactly what you are buying. This page covers what happens if you still want your money back.
What you pay for
- Invitation
- From ₹1,199 — one wedding, published and hosted for 12 months. The exact price is shown on each design.
- Invitation video
- ₹599 on its own, or ₹400 added at checkout (₹1,599 in total).
One-time payments. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews, so there is nothing to cancel later.
Cancelling before you publish
Building is free. Up to the moment you pay there is nothing to cancel — close the tab and your draft simply stays a draft. You can delete it from your account at any time.
Refunds after you publish
Publishing puts your invitation live immediately, which is the whole product being delivered. Even so, we will refund you in full within 7 days of payment if:
- you have not yet shared the link with anyone, or
- the invitation does not work as described and we cannot fix it, or
- you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy.
After 7 days, or once the link has been shared with your guests, we cannot refund the invitation — by then it has done the job you bought it for. If your wedding is cancelled or postponed, write to us anyway: postponement is free, and we would rather move your date than argue about a refund.
Refunds on the video
The video is rendered on our machines when you order it. If something goes wrong during rendering and we cannot produce a file you are happy with, the video is refunded in full — including after 7 days. Once you have downloaded a working video, it is not refundable.
How to ask
Email TODO_SUPPORT_EMAIL from the address on your account, with your invitation link or payment reference. No form and no phone queue.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are issued within 5 working days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time — usually 5 to 7 working days, occasionally up to 10 for international cards. We cannot refund to a different account, because our payment provider will only reverse the original charge.
